Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a return or exchange for your order, as the majority of our products are beauty items.

Cancelation 

You have 7 hours to cancel your order after payment.

Please read carefully our store policies, if you disagree you can request cancellation before we process the order. 
 
For US resident Orders:

Please note that customers are responsible for tracking their packages. We do not provide replacements or refunds for items marked as delivered to the correct address.

While our items are shipped sealed and protected, if you receive a damaged product, the damage should be visible without unsealing the item. Please do not discard the products, as we require damaged items to be returned.

To proceed, please share a clear picture of the damaged, unsealed items. We will then issue a return label. Once the package has been returned and received, we will process your refund. Please be advised that we do not issue refunds without a return.

For International Orders:

Please note that you are responsible for tracking your package. If you encounter any issues, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Please be aware that the buyer is responsible for any additional customs fees required at the time of delivery. If a package is undeliverable, we must receive the returned item before processing a refund. Please note that we only refund the value of the product, not the shipping costs.


While these policies are in place to protect our small business, we remain committed to providing you with high-quality products and excellent service.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
