Please read carefully our store policies, if you disagree you can request cancellation before we process the order. 
 
For US resident Orders:

You are responsible to track your package, we do not replace or refund packages that are marked as delivered to the correct address.
All our items are shipped sealed and highly protected but If you receive damaged products you will be able to see the damage without unsealing the products, please do not throw the products away as we ask for the damaged items to be returned,  Please share a clear picture of the damage items unsealed and we will issue return label, once the package is returned and received we will apply  a refund ( WE DO NOT REFUND WITOUHT RETURN).

For International Orders:

You are responsible to track your package. If there is any issue please don't hesitate to contact us. 
If required the buyer is responsible for any extra customs fees at the delivery.
If for any reason the package was unable to be delivered, we have to wait until we receive the package back and then apply  a refund,  We will only issue the product's value NOT THE SHIPPING COST as there is no insurance on international shipments through USPS.
While these policies are implemented to protect our small business, rest assured that we will do our best on providing you with high quality products and the best service.

FREE or discounted shipping is available in the Continental U.S only.

All shipping charges include handling, order processing, item selection, packaging and transportation of items.
**Total delivery time includes processing and carrier transit time.

Our Standard Shipping is with USPS, most common and efficient. except for some specific cases we may choose to deliver via  UPS or FEDEX when USPS shipping is not available.

These shipping method is available for shipments to Continental U.S.

Orders are typically processed for shipment in 1 to 2 business days.

Orders placed with credit/ debit Card
Your financial institution will place a temporary hold on the funds for your order as it processes. This is not a charge and the hold will be released once your order has shipped.
You may receive more than one shipment notice as items in your order ship,but you will not be charged until we send you the final shipment notice.Once you receive the final shipment notice, your card will be charged and the temporary hold will be released.
We only charge you for items that have shipped. Any item(s) that are cancelled and/or can no longer be shipped will not be charged and your final shipment notice will contain an adjusted price.

  • Tax

Applicable sales tax will be applied to your Arganier Noir order in accordance with state and local laws, and an estimated tax amount will be reflected in the order summary before checkout. The tax rate is determined by several factors including, and not limited to, the items purchased, the ship-to destination and the ship-from location. Please note that your order's ship-from location can change between the time your order is placed and when it ships, which may result in a sales tax charge that differs from the original estimate.
