For US resident Orders:
You are responsible to track your package, we do not replace or refund packages that are marked as delivered to the correct address.
All our items are shipped sealed and highly protected but If you receive damaged products you will be able to see the damage without unsealing the products, please do not throw the products away as we ask for the damaged items to be returned, Please share a clear picture of the damage items unsealed and we will issue return label, once the package is returned and received we will apply a refund ( WE DO NOT REFUND WITOUHT RETURN).
For International Orders:
You are responsible to track your package. If there is any issue please don't hesitate to contact us.
If required the buyer is responsible for any extra customs fees at the delivery.
If for any reason the package was unable to be delivered, we have to wait until we receive the package back and then apply a refund, We will only issue the product's value NOT THE SHIPPING COST as there is no insurance on international shipments through USPS.
While these policies are implemented to protect our small business, rest assured that we will do our best on providing you with high quality products and the best service.
