From customer service to products 10/10 recommend. They also have the best prices I’ve found and I searched a lot. I have kp on my legs and overall hyperpigmentation but my skin has felt so clean and moisturized and I’ve noticed some lightening (it’s only been 2 weeks). I’m a type 1 diabetic and I have M.S both can make you sweat, but my skin is also sensitive, dry, and acne prone and I have no bad reactions to the black soap. I also used to have oily skin as well but it’s been at bay. I will continue to purchase the black soap, Nila, akar fassi, prickly pear soaps & the clays. The clay masks tighten and clean so so sooooo well as well as lighten/brighten not bleaching the skin but evening out the skin tone
