Our first refill bottle crafted in Morocco they can be reused again and again, These bottles are not only functional but esthetically pleasing. You can send back the bottle once empty to refill and replenish your favorite product. 

We know, we are still using some plastic containers in our shop but we are doing our best to have all our products in sustainable, recyclable containers. It's doesn't happen overnight but if all of us follow the 1% rule (Big goals can be achieved through small steps and suggests that we strive for a daily improvement of just 1% instead) we will contribute to more sustainable future.

How to Refill

  1. Once the bottle is empty you can purchase again not necessarily the same product.
  2. Ship back the bottle to us.
  3. You will get free shipping + 20% OFF Coupon Code that can be used after first purchase toward this product anytime you refill your bottle. 
  4. Your bottle will be cleaned, sanitized, refilled up and shipped to you new again.

All our products are shipped from New York City, Brooklyn 11214.

Please note that we typically process orders within 48 hours. During busy periods, processing may take up to seven days. To allow you time to cancel your order if this timeline does not meet your needs, we do not print shipping labels until the day of processing.

FREE domestic shipping for all orders $70 and up only for domestic orders. Shipping is calculated at the checkout based on location and package weight. add the item to your cart, select the country from the list to get shipping price.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

  • USPS FIRST CLASS: Up to 5 DAYS 
  • PRIORITY MAIL: 1-3 Business Days. Includes USPS Tracking and up to $100 of insurance with most shipments.
  • PRIORITY MAIL EXPRESS: Next day to 2 days. Includes USPS Tracking and up to $100 of insurance with most shipments.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (VARIES PER COUNTRY)

FIRST CLASS International: 10-14 business days.  - Customers are responsible for any customs fees or other delivery charges.
